Everything leagues ask before getting started. Still stuck? Email info@proelite.app.
Most leagues today run on a free schedule-only tool, plus separate sign-up sheets, group texts, and Venmo for payments. Leagues by ProElite replaces all of that with one login for admins, and a lightweight view for every parent, coach, and referee.
Leagues choose Events ($39/mo or $429/yr) for camps, clinics & lessons, or Full ($59/mo or $649/yr) for a whole league with seasons, teams & schedules — and can add Pro (+$25/mo or $300/yr) to either for tournaments, email marketing, and more. Plus a $1 + 5% fee built into each registration, never more than $15 per player or $15 for a whole family checkout. Parents, coaches, and referees don't pay a subscription — they use the app as part of the league. Your league decides whether that fee is passed to registrants at checkout or absorbed.
Events ($39/mo) is for standalone programs — camps, clinics, and lessons — with registration, payments, a branded site, and Phil (the AI assistant). Full ($59/mo) adds everything to run a whole league: seasons, divisions, teams, schedules, and referee management. Pro (+$25/mo, added to either) adds premium website templates, AI-assisted page design, a custom domain, the tournament manager, email marketing, and Phil Plus. See the full breakdown on the pricing page.
Yes — the Full plan includes unlimited divisions and seasons across any sport, run concurrently or back to back. (The Events plan is for standalone camps, clinics, and lessons, so it skips seasons and divisions.)

No. When you press Connect with Stripe in your dashboard, Stripe walks you through a five-minute form and creates the account that receives your payouts. Have your bank's routing and account numbers, a mobile number, and your EIN (or, for a sole proprietor, the owner's SSN) ready. If you already use Stripe elsewhere you can sign in to prefill your details, but registration payouts go through the new account. Funds are deposited directly to your bank about two business days after each payment — the platform never holds your money.
Setting up Stripe, step by step → — what to have ready, where the money goes, and what to do if Stripe asks for more.
Automatically, at the moment a family pays. Stripe splits each registration: the fee — never more than $15 per player — to the platform, the rest to your account. You never receive a bill for it, and your Stripe balance always shows what is actually yours. You choose per league whether the fee is added on top of your price or absorbed into it, under Payments & Fees.
Subscriptions bill by card through Stripe today, monthly or annually. If your procurement rules require an invoice or a purchase order, contact us before you sign up and we will arrange billing by hand for your account. Registration fees are unaffected either way: families pay by card and the money lands in your own bank account.
Yes. A facility is a venue with its courts, fields and diamonds under it, and each season, event or tournament sets its own hours on it — the same gym can be Monday-to-Thursday evenings for one program and all day Saturday for another. The schedule generator only books a facility that is on the program's list, inside those hours, and it refuses a booking that would double-book a court or a field, even across programs.
That is the Rentals add-on: a public rate card for your gyms, fields, equipment and services, requests you approve and quote, and online payment — with rentals that can never double-book your own games. It is +$15/mo on top of Events or Full, and renters need no league account — they request from your public Rentals page and pay the quote online. See pricing.
Payments run through Stripe Connect straight into your bank account; the platform never holds your funds. Each organization is isolated from every other, and that isolation is re-proven by an automated sweep on every build. Data travels over TLS, passwords are hashed, backups are encrypted with AES-256 and stored off-site with verified restores, and administrative changes are written to an audit log. Public rosters show first name and last initial only; emergency contacts are never on a public page.
Yes. There's no long-term contract and no setup fee. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you've paid for; subscription fees aren't refunded.
