Leagues Ai by ProElite — ProElite Tech Solutions LLC
These Terms of Service (this "Agreement" or "ToS") govern access to and use of the Leagues by ProElite platform (the "Service including, but not limited to the following") by the sports league(s), club, camp, program, tournament, school district and event that signs up for a ProElite subscription ("League," "you," or "your"). This Agreement is between ProElite Tech Solutions LLC, an Idaho limited liability company ("ProElite," "we," "us"), and the League, and takes effect on the date the League accepts it as described in Section 14 (the "Effective Date").
This Agreement incorporates by reference:
If a conflict arises between this Agreement and a Schedule, this Agreement controls, except that a Schedule controls on matters expressly within its own subject (service levels, or data processing, respectively).
Separately, individual parents, players, coaches, and other end users of the League's program are bound by ProElite's Terms of Use, not by this Agreement. This Agreement does not create any contractual relationship between ProElite and the League's families.
1.1 What it is. Leagues by ProElite is a multi-tenant, web-based platform for running a sports league, camp, rec program, or lessons business: registration, payments, waivers, rosters, scheduling, communications, a public league website, and related tools described in the Service and in ProElite's then-current documentation.
1.2 Plan tiers. The Service is offered on the plan tiers described in the Order (currently Events, Full, Pro and Rental add-on). Some features are available only on certain tiers. This Agreement does not promise a feature that your tier does not include.
1.3 Changes to the Service. ProElite may add, change, or remove features over time. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of your paid tier without reasonable notice.
1.4 Not the whole business. ProElite Tech Solutions LLC also provides website and software development, IT consulting, and network installation services under separate agreements. This Agreement covers only the Leagues by ProElite SaaS platform.
2.1 Pricing. The League pays the subscription fee stated in the Order, billed monthly or annually as selected. Then-current pricing is published in the app; ProElite may change pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice.
2.2 Annual pricing. An annual subscription on a base plan (Events or Full) is billed at 11 times the monthly rate — one month free. The Pro and Rentals add-ons' annual prices are 12 times their monthly rates and do not include a free month. Marketing that says "one month free" refers to the base plan only.
2.3 Billing. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. ProElite does not absorb Stripe's processing fee on subscription charges — it is the responsibility of the League to pay the processing fee.
2.4 No minimum term; cancellation.
2.5 No subscription refunds. Except as required by law, ProElite does not refund subscription fees, in whole or in part, including for a mid-term cancellation, an unused annual term, or dissatisfaction with the Service. This is separate from the League's own registration-fee refund decisions described in Section 3.
2.6 Comped accounts. ProElite may, at its sole discretion, provide a League with a subscription at no charge. A comped subscription remains subject to this Agreement and may be discontinued by ProElite at any time.
2.7 Late payment. If a subscription payment fails, our payment processor automatically retries the charge over approximately two weeks, and the League's account is marked past due. ProElite emails the League administrator on the first day, the seventh day and the fourteenth day after the first failed payment. If the subscription has not been brought current when those attempts are exhausted, the League's account is suspended and its public pages are taken offline.
2.7.1 After suspension. ProElite retains a suspended or canceled League's data for 30 days, and emails the administrator when that period begins and again when seven days remain. Restoring the subscription within that window restores the account and its public pages in full. After 30 days the data may be permanently removed. A League that has never completed its first subscription payment is suspended 15 days after signup.
2.8 Changing your plan. A League may change its plan at any time in the application.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Adding the Pro add-on, adding the Rentals add-on, moving from the Events plan to the Full plan, or switching from monthly to annual billing applies at once. ProElite charges the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period to the payment method on file, and the new rate applies from the next renewal. Before confirming, the application displays the exact amount due that day and the new recurring rate, as calculated by our payment processor.
Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Moving from the Full plan to the Events plan, removing the Pro add-on, removing the Rentals add-on, or switching from annual to monthly billing is scheduled for the end of the current billing period. No refund or account credit is issued for the unused portion of a period the League has already paid for. The League retains full access to the features it has paid for until that period ends, and the reduced rate begins at renewal. A scheduled downgrade may be canceled at any time before it takes effect, and a subsequent upgrade supersedes it.
2.9 Downgrade restrictions. ProElite may decline a plan downgrade where the League's existing data depends on the features being removed. A League with active seasons or teams cannot downgrade to the Events plan, because that plan does not manage them; the League must remove or complete that data first. The application states the reason and the affected counts when a downgrade is declined.
2.10 Admin seats. The League's owner account is included in every plan. Each additional League administrator requires an admin seat, billed at the then-current per-seat price (currently $9 per seat per month), monthly only, as a separate subscription on the League's payment method. The League buys a quantity of seats and assigns administrators to them. Adding seats takes effect immediately and is prorated for the current month. Reducing seats takes effect at the next monthly renewal, and the number of seats may not be reduced below the number of administrators assigned. Removing an administrator frees a seat but does not change the quantity billed. Seat fees are not refunded. If a seat payment fails, Section 2.7 applies to the seat subscription; after the retry period, assigned administrators lose administrative access until the subscription is brought current, and the owner's access is unaffected. Administrators who held access on October 19, 2026 without a seat retain it until November 18, 2026. Seats share the League's AI allowances under Section 7 and do not add to them.
3.1 The League is the merchant of record. For registrations, camp, events and any program sign-ups, and tournament entries processed through the Service, the League — not ProElite — is the merchant of record. Payments are processed through Stripe Connect and paid directly into the League's own connected Stripe account. ProElite never takes custody of these funds.
3.2 Platform fee. ProElite deducts a platform fee from each registration transaction at the time of the transaction, split automatically through Stripe Connect. This fee is non-waivable as a matter of ProElite policy; it is not a negotiable term of this Agreement. The fee is calculated as follows:
| Transaction | Platform fee |
|---|---|
| Registration, per player | $1 plus 5% of the registration price, capped at $15 per player |
| Tournament participant, per person | $1 plus 5%, capped at $15 per participant |
| Tournament team entry, per entry | $1 plus 5% of the entry fee, capped at $15 per entry |
| Facility rental, per charge | $1 plus 5% of the rental charge, capped at $15 per charge |
The fee never exceeds the amount of the transaction itself. No platform fee is charged on a free registration, entry or rental. Where a League registers multiple players in a single checkout, the platform fee for that checkout is capped at $15 in total, allocated across the players in proportion to their registration prices.
3.3 Prices and refunds are the League's decision. The League sets its own registration prices and its own refund policy, including whether and how much to refund a family. ProElite is not responsible for, and does not control, the League's pricing or refund decisions.
3.4 ProElite's share of a refund. When the League refunds a registration, ProElite does not return some or all of its platform fee for that transaction, calculated using a ProElite-side setting together with the League's own refund percentage, as reflected in the app at the time of the refund. Stripe's own processing fees are never returned to ProElite and cannot be refunded by ProElite or the League through the Service.
3.5 Sponsor payments. A League may collect sponsorship payments through the Service at a 0% ProElite platform fee.
3.6 AI credit packs. A League may purchase AI credit packs for use with the features described in Section 7. These are one-time, non-refundable digital purchases.
3.7 Custom fields are the League's responsibility. The Service lets a League add its own custom registration questions (custom_fields). The League, not ProElite, decides what those questions ask and is responsible for making sure that choice complies with applicable law, including if it results in collecting sensitive information about a family or a child.
3.8 Discount codes. Where the Service lets a League create discount codes for registration, the League — not ProElite — decides whether to offer a code, and sets its amount, eligibility, expiration, and how it is distributed. The League is solely responsible for a discount code's use, including a code shared beyond its intended recipients, issued in error, or misused, and for any resulting shortfall in registration revenue. ProElite is not responsible for, and is held harmless from, any claim arising from a League's creation, distribution, or use of a discount code — this is included within the League's indemnification obligation in Section 10.1.
3.8.1 Discounts do not reduce the platform fee. A discount code reduces what the League receives from a registration. It does not reduce ProElite's platform fee, which is calculated on the full published registration price before any discount is applied. A League that issues a 100%-off code therefore still owes the platform fee, and the payment processor's own fees, on that registration. Leagues should account for this when setting discount amounts.
4.1 The League runs its own program. The League is solely responsible for its coaching, supervision, facilities, background checks, player safety, and the operation of its sports program generally. ProElite is not responsible for any of the above.
4.2 Compliance and consent. The League is responsible for complying with law applicable to its use of the Service, including obtaining any parental or guardian consent needed to register a child or a dependent adult, and for the accuracy of information it or its coaches enter.
4.3 The League's own legal pages. The Service allows a League to publish its own Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Policies, and Accessibility page on its public site.
The League acknowledges that it is the controller of its families' data and is responsible for its own public-facing disclosures, and that ProElite hosts League-authored legal content without reviewing it and disclaims responsibility for its content.
4.4 League-provided content. The League represents that it holds the rights to any logo, photo, sponsor artwork, or other content it uploads, and grants ProElite a license to host, display, and transmit it as needed to run the Service. ProElite will respond to a good-faith takedown notice regarding League-uploaded content that infringes a third party's rights.
4.5 Custom domains. Where a League runs its public site on its own custom domain, the League is responsible for its DNS configuration and for how it represents itself and ProElite to its visitors on that domain.
5.1 Roles. For the personal data of the League's players, parents, coaches, and referees, the League is the controller and ProElite is the processor, acting on the League's documented instructions as described in Schedule 2 (the Data Processing Addendum). For its own data — League-admin account records, billing information, product analytics, security and audit logs recording administrator sign-ins, authentication events and administrative actions, and its own communications with League administrators — ProElite is the controller.
5.2 The Data Processing Addendum. Schedule 2 governs ProElite's processing of personal data as a processor, including the subprocessors ProElite uses, the security measures in place, and what happens to data on termination.
5.3 Breach notification. If ProElite confirms a personal-data breach affecting League data, ProElite will notify the League without undue delay and no later than 72 hours after confirming the breach, and will cooperate in the League's investigation and response. As controller, the League — not ProElite — is responsible for notifying affected individuals and any regulator.
5.4 League content and uploads. The League is solely responsible for all content it uploads to or publishes through the Service, including logos, photographs, images, documents, team and player information, descriptive text, and any material displayed on the League's public pages ("League Content").
5.4.1 The League's warranties. The League represents and warrants that it owns or has obtained all rights necessary to upload, display and distribute its League Content through the Service, and that the League Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights. Where League Content includes a photograph or likeness of a minor, the League is responsible for obtaining any consent required from that child's parent or guardian. ProElite does not obtain those consents and is not a party to them.
5.4.2 ProElite does not screen League Content. ProElite does not review, approve, monitor or moderate League Content, either before or after it is uploaded. Uploads are validated automatically for file type and file size only. ProElite does not endorse any League Content and is not responsible for it.
5.4.3 Removal. ProElite may remove, disable access to, or take offline any League Content, and may suspend a League's account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice — including where ProElite believes in good faith that the content is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or in breach of this Agreement, or where ProElite receives a complaint or takedown notice concerning it. ProElite records the reason for any such action. Removal is a right and not an obligation, and nothing in this Section creates a duty for ProElite to monitor League Content.
5.4.4 Indemnification. The League's indemnification obligation in Section 10.1 extends to any claim arising from its League Content, including any claim of infringement, misuse of a name or likeness, or unlawful content.
5.4.5 Technical limits. The Service accepts images in JPG, PNG, GIF and WebP format up to 5 MB per file, and documents in PDF and DOCX format up to 15 MB per file. SVG and other formats capable of carrying executable code are not accepted. ProElite does not scan uploads for malware, and the League should not rely on the Service to do so. These limits may change as the Service develops.
6.1 License to the League. Subject to this Agreement and payment of fees due, ProElite grants the League a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service during the term of this Agreement, for the League's own program. This is a license, not a sale — the League acquires no ownership interest in the Service, its software, or its source code.
6.2 ProElite's ownership. ProElite owns all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, source code, design, and the "ProElite," "ProElite Sports," and "Leagues by ProElite" names and marks. The Service's source code is maintained as a trade secret and is not licensed to anyone.
6.3 League data and content. The League owns its own data and the content it uploads. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of League data to ProElite.
6.4 Aggregate and de-identified data. ProElite may use data that has been aggregated and de-identified to operate, analyze, secure and improve the Service, and to produce statistics and benchmarks about youth sports programs generally.
6.4.1 What "de-identified" means. Data is de-identified when ProElite has removed or obscured every piece of information that identifies, or could reasonably be used to identify, the League, a family, a child, or any other individual — including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, street addresses, dates of birth, photographs and account identifiers. Data is aggregated when it is combined with data from other Leagues and reported only as totals, averages or ranges, so that no figure describes a single League or a single person.
6.4.2 Limits. ProElite will not attempt to re-identify de-identified data, or permit any third party to do so. ProElite will not sell de-identified or aggregated data, and will not publish or disclose any statistic that identifies the League or from which the League's own figures could reasonably be isolated. These restrictions survive termination of this Agreement, and ProElite may continue to use properly aggregated and de-identified data after termination.
6.5 Feedback. Ideas, suggestions, or feedback the League provides about the Service are ProElite's to use without obligation or compensation to the League.
6.6 Trademark use and reference rights. Neither party may use the other's name, logo, or marks except as this Agreement allows. ProElite may identify the League as a customer, and use its name and logo, in ProElite's marketing, website, and customer list. The League may opt out of this at any time by written notice to ProElite at support@proelite.app, or through any opt-out mechanism ProElite makes available within the application. ProElite will honor an opt-out prospectively, within thirty (30) days of receiving it.
6.7 Platform accounts. A user account on the Service is a ProElite platform account, not an account with any one League. A parent, coach, referee or adult participant creates a single account, with one set of login credentials, and may use that account with any number of Leagues on the Service. Registering a child with a second League does not create a second account, and the account holder's agreement is with ProElite.
6.7.1 Account data and participation data. These are treated differently, and Section 5.1 governs which party controls each:
(a) Account data — the account holder's own name, email address, login credentials, telephone number, saved address, and communication preferences — is collected by ProElite under its own Privacy Policy and the account holder's agreement with ProElite. ProElite is the controller of account data, and may use it to operate the Service, to authenticate and support the account holder, and to communicate with them about the Service, subject to their communication preferences and to applicable law.
(b) Participation data — which players a user has registered, with which League, for which events, together with medical notes, emergency contacts, roster placements, payments and related records — is collected on the League's behalf. The League is the controller of participation data, as provided in Section 5.1, and ProElite processes it on the League's documented instructions.
6.7.2 No sharing between Leagues. A League's access to participation data for its own programs is unaffected by an account holder's relationship with any other League. ProElite does not disclose one League's participation data to another League, and a League's registration records are not made available to other Leagues on the Service.
6.7.3 Communications from ProElite. Where ProElite communicates with an account holder about ProElite's own products and services, it does so as controller of that person's account data and on the basis of that person's own agreement with ProElite — not on the basis of the League's relationship with them. Account holders may opt out of such communications at any time. Nothing in this Section permits ProElite to use a League's participation data as a marketing list.
7.1 "Phil" and AI features. The Service includes an AI assistant ("Phil") and AI-generated marketing and image tools, built on third-party AI models identified in Schedule 2.
Phil does not make changes on its own. When a League administrator asks Phil to make a change, Phil has no ability to alter the League's data at that moment. It can only propose the change, as an itemized plan setting out each operation it would carry out, with the specific records, names, dates and counts involved. The change is made only after the administrator reviews that plan and approves it, and only the operations set out in the approved plan are carried out. An approved change is treated as the administrator's own action and is recorded as such.
7.1.1 Who can approve. Only a League administrator may approve a change proposed by Phil. Parent accounts cannot authorize any change through Phil, which is read-only for them. Coach accounts may approve only a limited set of actions made available to that role.
7.2 No professional advice; verify output. AI-generated output, including anything Phil says or drafts, may be inaccurate and is not professional, legal, medical, or safety advice. The League is responsible for reviewing and verifying AI output before relying on it.
7.3 Participant photos used for AI image generation. The AI image-generation feature can use a League-uploaded photo as a reference image, and that photo is sent to a third-party AI provider identified in Schedule 2 to generate the output. Where the League uploads a photo that shows an identifiable participant — including a child or dependent adult — the League represents and warrants that it has whatever consent or authority is required under applicable law to submit that photo for this purpose. ProElite does not verify that consent, does not require the League to evidence it, and has no obligation to do so.
7.3.1 ProElite held harmless for uploaded photos. ProElite is not responsible for, and is held harmless from, any claim arising from a League's upload or use of a participant photograph with the AI image tools — including any claim concerning consent, privacy, or the use of a name or likeness. This is included within the League's indemnification obligation in Section 10.1, and is in addition to the League's obligations for League Content under Section 5.4.
7.4 AI output is not covered by ProElite's IP indemnity. Because AI-generated images and text can unintentionally resemble a third party's copyrighted work, trademark, or likeness, Section 10.2's indemnity does not extend to a claim arising from AI-generated output. The League is responsible for reviewing AI-generated content — particularly anything intended for public use — before publishing it, including for this kind of risk, not only for factual accuracy under Section 7.2.
7.5 No final decisions by AI. Phil does not make a final eligibility, roster, placement, or disciplinary decision. Any action Phil proposes in these categories requires a human administrator's confirmation under Section 7.1, and that administrator — not Phil — is responsible for the decision.
7.6 Usage limits. AI features are metered against the AI credits described in Section 3.6. ProElite may throttle, rate-limit, or suspend AI features for a League that exceeds its credits, engages in abusive use, or where necessary to protect the Service, and does not guarantee the availability of AI output — AI features are excluded from the service credits in Schedule 1.
7.7 No obligation to disclose to families. This Agreement does not require the League to disclose its use of AI features to its families.
8.1 No uptime or certification promises. Except as stated in Schedule 1, ProElite does not guarantee any level of uptime, availability, or performance. ProElite does not hold, and does not represent that it holds, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS certification, and has not undergone a third-party penetration test.
8.2 No encryption-at-rest representation. Participant personal data — including names, dates of birth, emergency contacts, and medical notes — is not encrypted at rest. The following specific protections do apply: data in transit is encrypted using TLS; account passwords are never stored and are irreversibly hashed; stored third-party service credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM; and where ProElite creates database backups, those backups are encrypted using AES-256. No representation is made about encryption beyond those specific items, and the League should not rely on encryption at rest as a security control.
8.3 "AS IS." EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR SCHEDULE 1, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," AND PROELITE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.4 Third-party services. ProElite is not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of Stripe, Cloudflare, Anthropic, OpenAI, Brevo, or any other third-party service the Service depends on.
9.1 Cap. EACH PARTY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES THE LEAGUE PAID PROELITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
9.2 Exclusion of certain damages. NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
9.3 Carve-outs. The cap in Section 9.1 does not apply to: (a) the League's obligation to pay fees due; (b) either party's breach of confidentiality; (c) either party's indemnification obligations under Section 10; or (d) either party's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
9.4 Privacy and data-breach claims stay inside the cap. For clarity, a claim relating to a data breach or ProElite's processing of personal data is subject to the cap in Section 9.1, not excluded from it.
10.1 By the League. The League will defend and indemnify ProElite against any third-party claim arising from: (a) the League's data, content, or program, including its coaching, supervision, facilities, or safety practices; (b) information the League chose to collect through its own custom registration fields; (c) the League's own legal pages or refund decisions; (d) the League's creation, distribution, or use of a discount code (Section 3.8), including where the League is a city, municipality, or other public body; or (e) the League's violation of law.
10.2 By ProElite — IP only. ProElite will defend and indemnify the League against a third-party claim that the Service, as supplied and used as permitted, infringes that party's U.S. copyright, trademark, or trade secret. This obligation excludes any claim arising from League data, League content, third-party components, modifications not made by ProElite, or AI-generated output (Section 7.4). ProElite does not give a general data-breach indemnity to the League; that risk is addressed by Section 9 and the Data Processing Addendum, not by an indemnity.
10.3 Procedure. The indemnified party will give prompt written notice of the claim, allow the indemnifying party to control the defense and settlement (provided no settlement imposes a non-monetary obligation on the indemnified party without its consent), and reasonably cooperate at the indemnifying party's expense.
11.1 Term. This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues until the subscription ends under Section 2.4 or is terminated under this Section.
11.2 Termination for cause. Either party may terminate immediately on written notice if the other materially breaches this Agreement and fails to cure within 15 days of notice.
11.3 Termination for non-payment. If a subscription invoice remains unpaid, ProElite will attempt to collect it and will notify the League administrator as described in Section 2.7. If the invoice remains unpaid fifteen (15) days after the first failed payment, ProElite may suspend the League's account and take its public pages offline. If the invoice remains unpaid thirty (30) days after the first failed payment, ProElite may terminate this Agreement on written notice to the League. Retention and deletion of the League's data following suspension or termination are governed by Section 2.7.1 and Schedule 2, and are not shortened by termination under this Section.
11.4 Effect of termination. On termination, the League's access ends. Data return and deletion on termination are governed by Schedule 2. Signed waivers and financial records are retained per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy regardless of termination.
12.1 Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
12.2 Venue. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Idaho.
12.3 Jury trial waived. EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY ACTION ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT.
12.4 Attorneys' fees. The prevailing party in an action to enforce this Agreement is entitled to its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
13.1 Assignment. The League may not assign this Agreement without ProElite's consent. ProElite may assign it in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of substantially all its assets.
13.2 Notices. Notices to ProElite go to ProElite Tech Solutions LLC at its mailing address of record, 2184 Channing Way PMB# 230, Idaho Falls, ID 83404, and to owner@proelite.app. Notices to the League go to the contact information on file for the League's administrator. A notice is effective on delivery by email, or three (3) business days after mailing.
13.3 Entire agreement. This Agreement, its Schedules, and the League's Order are the entire agreement between the parties on this subject.
13.4 Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
13.5 Severability; waiver; amendment. An unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed; the rest remains in effect. Amendments must be in writing (including a dated republication of this Agreement accepted under Section 14). A waiver must be in writing.
13.6 Electronic acceptance. This Agreement may be accepted electronically as described in Section 14, which has the same effect as a signature.
14.1 How this Agreement is accepted. A League administrator accepts this Agreement by checking the required box at league signup or subscription checkout. ProElite records the accepting user, the document name and version, a UTC timestamp, the IP address, and the user agent for each acceptance.
14.2 Updates. ProElite may update this Agreement. A material change — one that reduces the League's rights or increases its obligations in a meaningful way — will carry a new YYYY-MM-DD version date and will prompt every League administrator to re-accept before continued use of billing or registration features. A non-material change (such as a typo correction) does not require re-acceptance.
14.3 Acceptance by end users. Parents, coaches, referees and adult participants do not accept this Agreement. They accept ProElite's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy when they create a ProElite platform account, and ProElite records each acceptance in the same manner described in Section 14.1 — the accepting user, the document name and version, a UTC timestamp, the IP address, and the user agent.
The League remains responsible for its own agreements with its families, including any waiver, code of conduct, or refund policy the League requires. Nothing in this Agreement creates a contract between ProElite and a League's families other than the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy those individuals accept directly.
Schedules 1 (Service Level Agreement) and 2 (Data Processing Addendum) are delivered as separate documents and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
