ProElite is committed to making the platform usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and continue to improve as the platform grows.
What we do
- Design pages with semantic HTML so screen readers can navigate them.
- Support keyboard-only navigation for all core flows (registration, forms, dashboards).
- Test contrast ratios for text and interactive elements.
- Provide alternative text for images uploaded by the platform team; league-supplied images may vary — we encourage league admins to add descriptive alt text.
Known limitations
We're actively improving in these areas:
- Some third-party embedded components (payment forms, calendar widgets) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We work with vendors to close those gaps.
- User-uploaded content (league logos, hero images, sponsor logos) may not always have alt text — we encourage league admins to provide it.
Feedback
If you run into an accessibility barrier on ProElite — or you have suggestions for improvement — please email support@proelite.app. Include the page URL and a description of what didn't work. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
